MagicTech Nano has once again won a provincial-level science and technology award—the First Prize of the Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Industry Technological Innovation Award!

  Recently, at the “2025 Shandong Province High-end Intelligent Equipment Industry Innovation and Development Exchange Event & the 2025 (6th) Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Science and Technology Innovation Development Conference,” Moji Nano successfully won the award for its groundbreaking technological innovation and significant industrial value demonstrated by its project, “Micro- and Nano-scale Three-dimensional Manufacturing and Key Technologies and Applications of Photosensitive Materials.” First Prize, Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Science and Technology Innovation Award, 2025 ”!

  This is yet another prestigious provincial-level recognition of our company’s achievement, following our receipt of the “First Prize of the Shandong Provincial Engineers Association Engineering Science and Technology Award” in July 2025, being named a “Class A China Good Technology for 2024” in September, and winning the “Second Prize of the Shandong Electronic Society Science and Technology Award”—further solidifying our technological strength!


  The MagicTech Nano team has been deeply engaged in micro- and nano-manufacturing for over a decade. The achievement that earned this award represents a major technological breakthrough in industrial-grade equipment, resulting in the development of three commercial equipment series. This has established a comprehensive end-to-end delivery capability spanning “equipment—materials—processes.” Overall, both the technology and the equipment have reached “internationally advanced” levels!

  We have achieved breakthroughs in ultra-high-precision manufacturing technology for three-dimensional micro- and nanostructures, with a minimum feature size of ≤50 nm and the capability to process large areas up to 500×500 mm². We have independently developed the Nano Boost Printer, an ultra-high-speed technology platform that overcomes the speed and precision limitations of conventional raster scanning methods, achieving a 10- to 200-fold increase in speed per single point and breaking through bottlenecks in mass production. We have established a robust technical system for industrial-grade micro- and nano-three-dimensional lithography equipment, with delivered units operating without failure for ≥50 months. We have independently developed 15 types of photoresists, enabling domestic substitution of materials and establishing cross-disciplinary process systems that have been successfully deployed in high-efficiency batch applications across fields such as biomedicine and optical communications.

  This award represents high recognition of the research and development capabilities of the MagicTech Nano project team, and serves as strong evidence of our company’s leading position in the high-end equipment manufacturing sector in Shandong Province. Moving forward, MagicTech Nano will continue to push the boundaries of micro- and nano-manufacturing technologies, expanding and implementing these advancements across an even broader range of industrial applications. This will inject new momentum into China’s drive to upgrade its equipment manufacturing industry toward higher-end and smarter production, and help propel China’s equipment manufacturing sector further up the global value chain!
