The company has launched three major product series—3D micro-nano processing/nano-3D printing equipment, ultra-fast laser micro-nano processing centers, and maskless direct-writing lithography equipment—as well as a variety of photoresist products & laser products. Among them, its independently developed commercial nano-level 3D laser direct-writing lithography system can achieve 3D structure processing with a precision of 50 nm. Relying on core technological advantages such as high precision, high speed, large format, and long-term stability, the company has achieved the leap from scientific research exploration to commercial application, effectively promoting the large-scale industrial production of micro-nano 3D manufacturing in fields such as biomedicine, optoelectronic communication, new materials, micro-nano devices, and aerospace.
